Best Rates on Shipping
We have the following shipping rates.
Australia Post Standard Shipping is $9.90 for all orders.
Australia Post Express Shipping is $13.75 for all orders.
Local pickup is free for all orders placed over the website. Please contact us to confirm that your order is ready before coming in.
We offer same day dispatch for orders placed before 1 PM (Sydney time) Monday to Friday.

Flexible Returns Policy
We offer exchanges for change of mind within 14 days of purchase, providing that the item is in brand-new and unopened condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and a standard postage charge may apply to send the replacement item.
We will refund or replace items which are faulty or defective, in addition to the protections offered under Australian consumer law (within Australia). We will cover the costs of return shipping and replacement shipping in this case.
If goods are lost or damaged in transit within Australia, we will endeavour to recover these items, if we are unable to recover the items, we will replace them at no cost to the customer, or fully refund the customer, at our discretion.
