The Elbow PM offers exceptional comfort while gently immobilizing your elbow, preventing painful movements while you sleep. It is a supportive brace for night-time relief of cubital tunnel syndrome, or pain relating to pressure on the ulnar nerve.
The soft fabric and breathable foam keeps your arm comfortably warm, and the cotton lining allows skin to breathe. Elbow PM features a removable splint and dual hook and loop strap closures for customizable compression and support.

I purchased the IMAK Elbow Splint due to having Cubital Tunnel Syndrome. I have only used it for 3 days and so far am unable to comment on it’s effectiveness yet. Give it a few months and I should be well on the way to feeling better. I purchased this particular splint as it looked a lot more comfortable to wear than some others. It hasn’t disappointed on comfort as it is easy to wear at night due to its soft fabric and easy-to-put-on locating sleeve and velcro straps. It’s definitely doing what it’s designed for, by keeping my arm straight rather than bent tucked under my head, causing my issues. I look forward to its help over the coming months.
